Never received can’t get customer service to reply

When ordered Bobi specifies that they do not ship to P.O. Boxe so I put my home address instead of my P.O. Box. When I checked on the package it said undeliverable and it was being returned to sender. I have contacted Bobi twice without a return reply and have not received a refund either. I’m not sure what to do at this point besides just refute the charge since they will not respond to calls or email. I would not order from this company again.
