Regarding order number B21199. I returned the top due to a size and cut problem...a bit too narrow. I carefully wrapped and repackaged in original package and shipped the next day. My receipt shows you received it on 14May24 at 11:18am. Today is 22May24, and I have yet to receive a refund. Very poor customer service. I have purchased a number of clothing items from you because I do like your designs. I have rarely needed to return, but sometimes it happens. And you guys are ALWAYS a pain as far as getting my money back. I will have to seriously keep this in mind should I decide to give you my business in the future. Ridiculous!!!!
