This $165 hoodie came apart at the shoulder seam before I even wore it once and the customer service representative I spoke to wouldn’t offer a replacement without the tags. It is my fault for not inspecting the garment well enough before cutting the tags off, but I would’ve thought the brand would want to offer a replacement if I sent back the damaged item. It is pretty disappointing to sell a $165 garment that falls apart before it is even worn in combination with such a strict policy. I would’ve hoped the brand would want to ensure a high quality garment and good customer service, but unfortunately not. Buyer beware.
