Never received it, contacted Bobi, no reply!

Hi, I really can't say much about it, because I never receive a notice it was delivered, in route, or anything! I was unable to even track it until April 17th online Bobi claimed it was delivered on a Sunday-April 7th. I contacted them that day via email, and I was told via email I would receive a reply in 24 hours. Nope! I got an email asking me to review it! in my email I requested a refund for a product I was never informed was on its way, being delivered, then delivered! So-please, where is my refund? And no phone call or return email in 24 hours!
